Return Policy
The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered.
The following will NOT be accepted for return (list not exhaustive):

• Identification tags of the product or packaging, or the return label are damaged or missing;

• Products that have been worn, washed, or show signs of use.
  NOTE: If the conditions mentioned above are not met, the value of the returned products will not be refunded, and the package will be sent back to the Buyer, who will also bear the return shipping costs.
  If the returned product has damaged or incomplete packaging, signs of wear, usage, washing, perfume, or missing documentation, we reserve the right to decide whether to accept the return or to withhold an amount, which will be communicated after evaluating the damages.
  To avoid misunderstandings, the package will be photographed, and a report will be drawn up together with the courier company representative specifying the condition of the package.
  We also reserve the right to refuse acceptance of returns in cases of repeated deviations by the customer (e.g., worn products), including repeated refusals to collect shipments initiated from a customer account without prior notice.
  For operational reasons, products or sizes cannot be exchanged. To receive a different product or size, a new order must be placed, mentioning in the comments section (at the final step of checkout) “exchange product for size/color/model.”
  For online purchases with courier delivery:
  The Buyer must notify SC Next Brand Marketing Srl of their intention to return within the timeframe stipulated in Art. 6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL by sending an unequivocal statement of withdrawal via email to next_marketing@yahoo.com.
  All packages containing returned products must be sent to: SC Next Brand Marketing Srl, str. Ștefan cel Mare, nr. 275, Vaslui, Vaslui County.
  The cost of products damaged during transport due to improper packaging in the case of product returns is borne by the Buyer.
  In the case of exercising the right of withdrawal, within 30 days from the date we are informed and receive the returned goods, we will refund all amounts paid by you via bank transfer to the IBAN account you provide.
