Delivery & Returns Policy

Next Brand Marketing, through courier companies, delivers products to all localities within Romania.
For destinations outside Romania, customers are free to choose their preferred shipping method, with delivery costs borne by the recipient.

Delivery within Romania is carried out via express courier, to the address specified in the order, Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
Delivery time is:

• 1–3 business days for products available in our internal stock

• Up to 21 business days for products available in suppliers’ stock

Shipping costs

• Individual customers: Delivery cost is 25 RON. Orders over 400 RON benefit from FREE shipping.

• Partner clubs: Delivery cost is 25 RON. Orders over 1000 RON benefit from FREE shipping.

Using the provided information, you can access the courier company’s website at any time and track your order in real time.

Right of withdrawal (individual customers only)

According to GEO 34/2014, Art. 4(c), individual consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase without penalties and without providing a reason, within 14 calendar days from receiving the product or from the conclusion of the service contract.

Legal entities do not have the right of unilateral withdrawal.

Orders & customization

All paid orders are processed by Next Brand Marketing representatives, and products are assembled according to the order specifications.
Product customization is carried out individually for each client based on their specific needs.

Paid orders cannot be canceled.

Exchanges & returns

If you are not satisfied with the purchased product or change your mind, you may exchange it within 15 calendar days from the date of product receipt or invoice payment.
S.C. Next Brand Marketing S.R.L. undertakes to:

• exchange the product for another one, or

• refund the product value, or

• replace it with other products of equal value.

Product returns are carried out at the customer’s expense.

Returned goods must be complete, unused, undamaged (physically and cosmetically), in the original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice.

An exception applies to products returned due to transport-related damage. In such cases, Next Brand Marketing provides FREE return shipping and product replacement.
