1. Categories of personal data processed

A. If you are a website client: We process your personal data such as:

• First and last name

• Phone number

• Email address

• Billing address

• Shipping address

• Data about your use of the website (e.g., your behavior/preferences/habits within the website)

• Any other categories of data you provide directly when creating a user account, placing an order on the website, or otherwise using the website

If you create a user account using Facebook or Google, we will process the following public profile data displayed by those applications: username, email address.

If you create a user account only before completing an order, your email will be used to automatically create an account. If you do not complete the order, your email and other provided data will not be stored, and the account will be automatically deleted.

B. If you are a website visitor: We process your personal data provided:

• Directly, e.g., through contact forms, questions, or complaints

• Indirectly, e.g., IP address, browser used, browsing duration, search history, operating system, language, pages visited, URLs, click sequences, viewed/searched products, visit duration, interaction with pages, and user behavior data

A. If you are a client: We process your personal data:

• For fulfilling contractual relationships (order processing, validation, shipping, invoicing, order status updates, returns, etc.)
  Legal basis: Contract between you and Next Sport. Providing data is necessary to execute the contract; refusal may prevent fulfilling contractual obligations.

• To comply with legal obligations (tax, archiving, etc.)
  Legal basis: Legal obligation. Refusal may prevent compliance and service provision.

• For marketing activities (e.g., sending commercial communications via email/SMS)
  Legal basis: Your consent. You may provide consent when creating the account or later in "My Account Information." You can unsubscribe anytime via links in emails/SMS or via your account settings.

• For analytics, reporting, and improving the website experience

3. Duration of data processing
Data will be processed as long as necessary for the purposes above. For clients, data will be kept throughout the contractual relationship and afterward as required by law (e.g., financial documents for 10 years).

Deleting your account stops marketing communications but does not automatically erase personal data. If you request deletion but have active orders, deletion occurs only after order completion.

4. Disclosure of personal data
We do not rent/sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be accessible to service providers, transport operators, hosting providers, or IT companies as authorized by Next Sport. Disclosure may also occur to public authorities if required by law.

Data may be transferred outside Romania but only within EU countries.

• Information, access, rectification, deletion ("right to be forgotten"), restriction, data portability, objection, not be subject to automated decisions, and contact the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing.

7. Confidentiality of minors
We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18. If obtained in error, parental consent will be sought or data deleted.

8. Changes to the privacy policy
We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy. Major changes will be communicated via email (if possible) or by displaying a specific message on the website.
