The Hayashi “TSUKI” karate fist guards with thumbs bring a plus in safety. The competition gloves, labeled by the World Karate Federation, correspond in design to model #237 but have a unique thumb guide. This effectively prevents kinking or stabbing with the thumb. Of course, the curvature of the padding should not be missing, as this guides the hands in the ideal stroke position.
